Honestly exceptional smell i had so many compliments on this one and looking to forward to try more from the collection

A classy, perfumey gourmand scent

I was expecting a delectable chocolate orange cake from this perfume, but to me this is rather an interpretation of a fancy dessert.
I pick up all the delicious notes in here: orange (the whole fruit with the bitterish peel), dark chocolate (with its dusty, powdery quality), gooey caramel & creamy vanilla. However, there are also the notes of patchouli & tonka bean that help to balance out the 'edible' sweetness and give depth to the fragrance. And the ambroxan at the base adds some warmth & airiness to it.
I would describe Destin des Anges as a sophisticated, airy, sweet, semi-gourmand perfume that doesn't smell like a literal food. It reminds me a bit of Gentle Fluidity Gold, just with the addition of orange (and this note is present throughout the whole wear).
This fragrance has moderate longevity & projection on my skin and it creates a nice scent bubble around me.
Although I'm not completely in love with this perfume, I truly enjoy wearing it. Maybe I don't smell like a 'walking snack', but it makes me smell classy and delish.
