the perfume is lovely, but customer service could be improved

I have ordered 2 sets 'coffret toscane destin des anges' and paid 286£. One of them arrived broken and damaged (the 15ml oil was broken damaging also the bag with the oil spill), therefore I was not able to use it as a gift, as planned. I was told I'd receive a free replacement, but instead I got the 15 ml 'Magic moments' which I did not ask for. The order was placed 5th of April, and today 22nd of April is still an ambigous situation despite me trying to comunicate with them and sort things out. The perfume is lovely, and it came nicely packed, arrived next day after I placed my order. Such a pity one was broken and then things didn't get sorted according to what I have paid for.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we acted as quickly as we could once normal operations resumed.3.Regarding the oil, I previously sent an email clarifying that we would be sending only the 15 ml oil, and we did not receive any objection from you at that time. We understand the importance of clear communication.4.I would also like to remind you that you purchased two sets at a total price of £286, in addition to receiving a complimentary 15 ml Jewel Oil and a 20 ml perfume sample. Furthermore, shipping costs have been incurred for all four packages sent to you.We are genuinely sorry to learn of the misunderstanding, but please know that we are doing our utmost to ensure your satisfaction, despite circumstances beyond our control.
