• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Due to hygiene reasons, used perfumes cannot be returned (in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
